There's no deal too small or no deal too big for me; every deal is unique!

The Fall season began with a great start. I recently closed 2 deals in Queens.  As a lifelong New Yorker and a Manhattan resident, not knowing much about Queens, I took up this task of finding a suitable apartment for my clients. I had so much to gain, just learning the lay of the land was interesting.  Some of the advantages of living in Queens is that it is well-connected by public transportation and has great and diverse offerings of ethnic food.  Queens is New York's next hot neighbourhood.  Real estate values are rising but remain still relatively low compared to neighboring areas. With over 170 languages spoken, Queens is the most ethnically diverse region in the United States, and one of the most diverse in the world.   I am so excited about Queens!
